At AveryStone.com, the majority of our products are custom-made and crafted specifically after an order has been placed — which is why our delivery timeframe is 8–12 weeks.

As these items are made-to-order, tailored to the customer’s specifications, they are not prefabricated or held in stock. Therefore, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not possible once production has begun. This policy applies to all countries.

DAMAGES & CLAIMS

At AveryStone.com, our solution policy prioritizes customer satisfaction. In the event of a validated damage claim, we will arrange a replacement of the affected item as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the date the claim is approved.

To maintain efficiency in our production process, order changes can only be made within 12 hours of order placement. As our products are custom-made to order, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.

SOLUTION & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

Our solution policy is to send a replacement for the damaged item. We will process this as soon as possible. Only, if a replacement is not possible, a full refund will be offered to the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the claim has been accepted. We appreciate your cooperation in this process.

Changing an order can be made within 12 hours of order placement due to the processes we have in place for faster productions and manufacturing. Custom made orders cannot be cancelled as these items are specially made to order.
