STEP 1
Selection
We are sourcing the natural stones and selecting with an eye on detail. Sourcing includes, inspection of the natural stone to be perfect without having cracks, veins or large color variations. The second step is selecting the masterpiece for our manufacturing process.
STEP 2
Washing
The blocks of Travertine and Marble will be taken to the washing machines to be cleaned up and prepared for the cutting process.
STEP 3
Cutting & Polishing
Cutting the blocks is the next step into our process. Cutting the stones into the requested pieces. After sawing the stone is taken into the polishing section. They are carefully polished or honed based on the wishes of the client.
STEP 4
Producing your product
The polished stones are being manufactured based on your designs and measurements. Travertine and Marble are cut and formed into the end-pieces, while being finalized with cutting and finishing the edges and corners.
STEP 5
Quality Control & Packaging
Our production team has protocols of quality control in place where all the steps are being controlled before being packed. We are again looking at the final product, looking for imperfections, possible scratches or other variations. Once we receive the green light, we pack the products carefully for transport.
